Marina is so skilled at what she does, I am so happy I went to Eltsa Bridal in Bellevue to do my wedding dress alterations. My dress arrived way too big, but Marina had no issue tailoring my dress, even while I gradually lost weight up until my wedding day. Each fitting appointment my dress looked more and more beautiful and fit my body like a glove. I was worried about losing weight initially, but Marina was so reassuring and worked with me to make sure I would look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. Made my dream dress possible. Sickness, slowed metabolism and bad luck left me with more weight than what I tried the dress on with and double what I initially aimed to lose. I was devastated, but this wonderful facility enabled me to wear the dress of my dreams in spite of the hellish year I had beforehand.

The back was adjusted to make room for more of me and it was done in a way that both flattered the dress and my personal tastes.

Also, in spite of my bad timing from anxiety, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Pricing was fair as well.

If you're in a situation like me, don't delay, the more time the better. Life happens and when you're weaker emotionally or physically, show yourself love and get the help you need to move forward. Coming to this place saved my confidence and my wedding! I only wish I brought my reception dress as well!!

I'd add photos if I could because this dress was fitted so perfectly for me! Such a wonderful experience all around, I had gotten my bridesmaid dress altered at a different shop and they did a pretty bad job, I had 3 weeks until the wedding and she fit me in with no rush fee. I went once for an initial fitting, a second time to make sure the alterations were accurate/to my liking, and then a third time to pick up my dress.

Customer service was absolutely phenomenal, everything went very quickly but I didn't feel rushed whatsoever, it just genuinely went that smoothly. The pricing was very fair and similar to the other shops I had seen near me. I feel so beautiful in my dress now and I will absolutely be coming back for the next wedding I'm in.
